LLDPE stretch film production technology and equipment

Stretch film is a rubber-like good elasticity and puncture resistance at room temperature, stretching ratio up to 200% -300%, and has a large retractability, long-lasting tension, single or double-sided Special film with self-adhesion. At present, the stretch film is mainly used for tray type transport packaging, bulk packaging for bulky or all kinds of loose articles, as well as storage and fresh packaging for various types of articles. This project was funded by China Petroleum & Chemical Corporation.
The Institute of Plastics Machinery and Plastics Engineering of Beijing University of Chemical Technology can provide users with a complete set of production equipment and software technology for linear low-density polyethylene stretch film in a turnkey manner. Production equipment is manufactured by fixed-point manufacturers. With an annual output of 400 tons of stretch film production line, the main equipment for the production line is high-speed mixer, compound extrusion blown film unit, film slitting machine and so on. Film blowing machine covers an area of 90 square meters, height 8.5 meters, total distribution 90kW.
